NorthStar Handpiece Express, Inc. is located in Maple Plain, Minnesota, just 20 miles west of Minneapolis. NorthStar Handpiece proudly serves dentists across Minnesota offering handpiece repair, powered surgical instrument repair, and dental instrument sharpening.
Carl and Jane Van Dervoort started NorthStar Handpiece in 2001. Prior to that Carl served in the United States Marine Corps in the radio communications field, then studied electronics at Hennepin Technical College. Jane brings to NorthStar a solid business background with a degree in Communications from Northern Michigan University. Jane has been employed most recently as a systems analyst in the health care industry. Carl's expansive technical background in electronics, computers, and repair has transitioned nicely into the handpiece repair field. Years of experience with microtechnology enables NorthStar Handpiece to provide a superior work product. NorthStar is committed to maintaining high standards when it comes to quality through affiliation with the NDHRA.
